YAY!i'm back from OBS!it was a wonderful journey and had left great memories in me.we came,we saw,we conquer.but i'm STILL TRYING TO CONQUER MY FEAR FOR HEIGHTS!arghs.but i did improve la.
first day!took photo,da da da.main was learning how to belay.different from what i've learnt at diary farm.aww,i miss carrie!
second day!climbed the inverse tower!another type seems nicer though):
had a rope ladder,climbed 3 outta 6 logs.cos we cannot use the cable to get
our fat butts up!had loon yew for partner and he's very nice!hahas,obliging i call it!:x everytime i ask him not to let go of me,he won't.yay!thanks dude!(: instructor samuel showed us how superman-ly he can be.climbed up the log tingy and another tingy within a super short time.yes,i had problems belaying him cos he was far too fast for me!hahas.he was like a cheong-ster.vroom vroom vroom!summit!hahahas.
third day!physical training was damn funny.told us must run one round,den we went 'HUHHHHH?!'.we queued up,and ran one round on the spot!hahas.kayaked to our first campsite.fun fun fun.used 7 hours to reach there?!yeah(: we got caught in a thunderstorm,but yes,i've learnt a lot.i guess i was quite panicky,so i'm sorry peeps):
woke up at 3 plus to see stephanie sitting up.realised she've got no space to sleep.i was soo nice!hahas.i offered her my place.but she turned me down): woke up at 4 plus and she's still not asleep!arghs.hahas.let her take my place.did duty with sandy and daphne.real cold.but had fun(:
6 am,i walked over to guy's tent and lied down on the poncho.
sean,'aye,you wanna sleep ah?'kah chin and sean stares at me for a while.kah chin,'she's asleep already.'.gosh!hahas.forced myself to wake up.lolx.
fourth day!trekked like siao,but had a lot of fun.i don't find it tiring.with our beloved instructor,samuel's singing and jokes and interesting presentation by samuel.hahas.like some kind of heritage tour.hahas.my watch peeps sort of lighten our load by telling jokes and stuff like that la!we slept over at the second campsite.had a nightwalk and visit at the german little girl's shrine.stayed awake till 2am.and i missed the part where a wild boar almost kissed wei liang!how sad):
fifth day!very reluctant to leave the camp.we packed up,left the second campsite and headed back to the obs campsite.packed,washed and had our last lunch there.bought a tee-shirt back.yes,sad to leave ubin,it's such a wonderful place.but glad to be back in singapore.i miss everyone):
some stuff to share.things like,
'choice of challenge'.i don't really know how to express it in words.but ya,samuel's right.it's up to us whether we're determined to do certain things.it's our choice to go how far we want to go and how far we can push ourselves.

and also,evidence on people pee in the sea.like what we did during the kayaking trip.

OBS was great.a learning experience plus hot instructors.hahahs.jkjk.but yes,i've learnt so much and it left a mark in my life,just like how i've left my signature in the committment book.BO SENG ROCKS!learnt how to kayak,overcomed quite a bit of heights.knowledge too.every circle we have,it's like FWAH!!!new word,learnt from samuel.hahahas.stephanie and i laugh the same way.'hur hur hur'.hahas.although we complain,we blame,but we couldn't have come so far without each other(:
